Kofi Agyemang is killing it! SIX goals and five assists in Ashanti Regional Division Two League

With three matches to end the 2022-23 Ashanti Regional Division Two League, we take a look at the performance and impact of striker Kofi Agyemang in Mahala Football Academy’s campaign.

Mahala Football Academy are enjoying their maiden campaign in the country’s third-tier league with some excitements, all thanks to some players including reliable attacker Kofi Agyemang who is currently the club’s topscorer.

The budding Ghanaian striker has contributed to 11 goals in the course of our campaign, scoring 6 goals and providing 5 assists having made 13 league appearance.

Agyemang, however, has goals involvement of 19.

Mahala Football Academy has registered in total 33 goals as far as the Ashanti Regional Division Two League is concerned in 16 matches.

Kofi Agyemang has a per cent of 33.3 in our goals scored.

He opened his phenomenon performance in our game against Sasaamo Panin and has since not looked back. Agyemang bagged brace of assists in the 2-1 victory over Sasaamo Panin after setting up Okyere Ransford and Elijah Antwi for both goals.

Head Coach Emmanuel Nkrumah after few games had this to say about Kofi Agyemang;

“He is a young striker but with attitude to learn. He has an experience which he picked from Premier and I think is helping his growth…I know him very well and I believe in his abilities”

“I trust him alot if he is 100 % fit, he can be trusted to do the job anytime”I hope he continues this way and surely he will be up there in no time”.

With 6 goals as club topscorer, Kofi Agyemang has a responsibility to carry Mahala Football Academy to their first-ever middle league berth in the club’s debut campaign.

At the moment, the Academy lads sit second in Zone 4 table with 28 points, four points behind PAC Academy. Three matches left to end season.

Top two finishers, automatically qualifiers for middle league where Division One League qualification ticket will be fought for.

    Wooow, such an impressive performer. I av watched his game and he’s such a good striker 💯💯💯💯 with a competitive spirit , his speed is on track and has an enviable future. I pray he goes further and to the top. God bless him I hope they are paying him well for a good job done…
