Natcosta FC opens the scoring
With a heavy sun quenching, Mahala Football Academy came out aiming for three maximum points but fell short. Mahala Football Academy imposed themselves on the game right from kickoff but did not get knocked down with a dubious penalty call from the referee.

The away team were only ahead for fifteen minutes with Elija Opoku on hand to score with a curler after his first strike got the goalkeeper away from his goalpost. Opoku nailed it from the right edge of the box to draw parity before half time.
After recess, it was all but a glamorous moment for the Academy lads but failed to utilise their chances. An hour past by with Mahala Football Academy exhibiting some good football but nothing to show.
