Eight(8) teams booked themselves out for the 2022-23 Ashanti Region Division Two Promotional tournament after marathon of league games. On Thursday, final list of qualified teams were confirmed after three decisive matches were played.
The Ashanti Regional Football Association (ARFA) having zone the teams into seven(7) to compete settled with a format of each zone champion securing automatic qualification to the promotional tournament.
Again, best placed second team was permitted to join the list.
On Thursday, Mahala Football Academy came from behind to humble Centurio Life 3-1 at the Prempeh College Park for qualification as best placed second team having seen PAC Academy claim Zone four top position.
The Regional Football Association is yet to confirm dates and time for the promotional tournament showdown, however, qualified teams are confirmed.
