We will square off with Sasaamo Panin in match day 2 of the 2022-23 Ashanti Regional Division Two League this weekend at the Wesco Park.
Mahala Football Academy will hope to replicate the same form that ensured we humble Centurio Life in the league opener when we play against Sasaamo Panin on Sunday. It was a brilliant start to the campaign with 2-0 win accompanied with a cleansheet.
Gaffer Emmanuel Nkrumah having set sight on amassing all points in his first five games, will go into this clash well prepared and ready to savage a win at home.
Victory over Centurio Life is expected to motivate his charges to do more against Sasaamo Panin.
Meanwhile, Sasaamo Panin lost their opener to Pac Academy and will be coming into this encounter to ambush the newcomers as we host them.
They lost 3-1 to the latter.
INJURY SITUATIONS
There is no injury situations currently in camp, as all players are fit for this game. Emmanuel Frimpong picked up a finger injury last week in our win over Centurio Life but is good to go and available for selection.
He will be named in the match day squad and possibly start depending on the coach tactics.
SUSPENSION
Derrick Baafi will be missing in the match day squad due to suspension.
He received the sent-off in our clash against Centurio Life following a second yellow card in the 61st minute.
His place will be taken by midfielder Elijah Opoku as we gun on for a second consecutive triumph on Sunday.
