Winger Asenso Kelvin was named Most Valuable player (MVP) in our away triumph over Group 4 league leaders, PAC Academy on Sunday afternoon at the Wesco Park.
The left-winger exhibited high level of performance to guide the team to a 3-2 victory. He strived through the difficulties to ensure Mahala Football Academy gets the needed win to boost their middle league hopes.
Asenso played a key role in the first two goals we scored by providing one assist and involving in the build up of one before leaving the pitch in the second half.
He enjoyed 76 minutes of action before his place was taken by Solomon Afriyie.
The accolade marks Asenso Kelvin’s first recognition clinched in the ongoing 2022-23 Ashanti Regional Division Two League.
